A seasoned financier with extensive experience in private markets and venture capital, Mr. Tayebi is a Partner at Adam Street, a boutique investment bank in London. He has been a trusted adviser to numerous founders, management teams of private equity-backed businesses, advising on strategy, capital raising, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. He has also managed funds on behalf of several family offices, focusing on real estate lending. Beyond his banking career, Mr. Tayebi has been an active investor in numerous businesses and served as a Venture Partner at Concept VC, the UK’s largest pre-seed fund.
Mr. Tayebi is a graduate of Cass Business School, where he studied Business Studies and Finance. Fascinated by various schools of economics, he explored the strategies and philosophies of many of the world’s greatest investors. Among those who resonated most with him - both in values and principles - were Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. However, rather than strictly following their path, he sought to apply their principles to his era, focusing on the technology sector and the evolving businesses of his time.
Stefan has more than 25 years of experience in global asset management and institutional leadership. He previously served as Vice Chair and Partner at Wellington Management, where he led product, business development, and client strategy, and advised the CEO on firm-wide initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. Stefan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and studied economics at the London School of Economics.
John brings over two decades of experience investing in technology & digital infrastructure across global markets. Prior to founding Quadrance Capital Partners, John was the Head of an investment team at the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, where he focused on industry leaders in consumer, technology, telecom, and media. In this capacity, he managed seven portfolio managers in London, Singapore and New York overseeing approximately $15 billion in global equity investments. John and his team played a pivotal role in securing strategic positions in publicly traded technology leaders as well as cornerstone positions in high-profile IPOs.
Earlier roles included investment positions at Moore Capital Management, Citigroup, Loomis Sayles & Company, and his own hedge fund, Acero Capital Management. Throughout his career, he has achieved a consistent track record of outperforming broader equity markets. His fundamental investment philosophy and high-quality research have earned him industry accolades, including recognition from Institutional Investor and the Greenwich Survey. John graduated magna cum laude from Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.
Scott is a seasoned financial operations executive with over 20 years of experience supporting asset managers across accounting, operations, and compliance. He is the Founder of Leap District Advisors, an outsourced CFO firm serving investment management clients. Previously, he served as CFO at Fort LP, a $7B systematic trading hedge fund, and held leadership roles at Washington Harbor Partners and other TMT-focused funds. Scott holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
